Like any other Team Leader, you will be leading a team but this team really make a difference to people’s lives. We need you to be able to guide and develop our people to be able to secure the best outcomes for our customers.
Here you’ll be able to have a wide range of conversations with our people about their performance and how they can help our customers. We will support you to be able to guide the team through whatever situation may arise.
If you have previous leadership experience we would love to hear from you. It could also help you hit the ground running if you have call centre experience but that isn’t essential. This role can be challenging and fast paced but it is worth it when you can help our customers during these challenging times. We will give you the training that you need to be able to have the right conversations with our people and what to do to help. No matter what the situation, you will know what to do and how to help.
We have Full Time positions available and the shifts are about 8 hours in length between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday with some weekend work too.
We have a dedicated team that will get you up and running with us. You will be in our office working with our people right from the start.
