Collections Officer

Working in our call centre, you will work towards individual performance targets and KPI's and will receive ongoing feedback and coaching for your performance.Duties and responsibilitiesInbound and outbound calls completing standard debt collection tasksExamine accounts and determine the best course of action for the Client and the CompanyNegotiate the collection of outstanding accountsAdherence to all legislative guidelines which govern the industry including ACCC and the Privacy ActMaintain accurate account records, ensuring all relevant customer information is obtained and updatedProfessional call conduct with customer and third partiesHours of workWe are looking to fill a few different shift patterns which are listed below. Collections Officer

  • Earn a Cert III in Financial Services

Duties and responsibilities

  • Inbound and outbound calls completing standard debt collection tasks
  • Examine accounts and determine the best course of action for the Client and the Company
  • Negotiate the collection of outstanding accounts
  • Adherence to all legislative guidelines which govern the industry including ACCC and the Privacy Act
  • Maintain accurate account records, ensuring all relevant customer information is obtained and updated
  • Professional call conduct with customer and third parties

Hours of work

We are looking to fill a few different shift patterns which are listed below. The average length of each shift is 8 hours and there may also be the opportunity to complete overtime shifts.

Part Time

Part time 1 – 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday

Part time 2 – 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday

 

Full time – Shift 1

Wednesday to Thursday – 11am to 7pm

Friday – 9am to 5pm

Saturday – 9am to 5pm

Sunday – 9am to 5pm

 

Full time – Shift 2

Tuesday to Thursday – 11am to 7pm

Friday – 9am to 5pm

Saturday – 9am to 5pm
