Sure, like a customer service representative you will talk to our customers and help them with their questions. But this role is much more meaningful, we help our customers on their journey to financial freedom.You’ll talk confidently to our customers about their financial position while providing a great customer experience. We will make sure you’re ready for whatever question, query or situation that is thrown your way.We will help you earn a Certificate 3 in Financial Services and develop your skills to be at the top of your game.This role can be challenging and fast paced but it is worth it when you can help our customers during these challenging times. We will give you the training that you need to be able to have the difficult conversations with our customers and help them to a better position. No matter what the customer’s situation, you will know what to do and how to help.We have Full Time positions available, the shifts are between 8am – 8pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 5pm Friday. This role will be working from home while the government restrictions are in place and possibly even longer however, we have a dedicated team of trainers that will set you up on the right path. Your first few weeks of training will be in our office just to make sure you are supported as you start your career with us. As it is a work from home position, you will need access to a stable internet connection, computer and a phone.It’s challenging.
