Sure, like a customer service representative you will talk to our customers and help them with their questions. But this role is much more meaningful, we help our customers by understanding their circumstances and assist with finding solutions.
You’ll talk confidently to our customers about their financial position while providing a great customer experience. We will make sure you’re ready for whatever question, query or situation that is thrown your way.
If you have previously worked in a contact centre we would love to hear from you. Having an understanding of contact centre culture means you should find it easy to fit into the team. We will help you earn a Certificate 3 in Financial Services and develop your skills to be at the top of your game.
This role can be challenging and fast paced but it is worth it when you can help our customers during these challenging times. We will give you the training that you need to be able to have the difficult conversations with our customers and help them to a better position. No matter what the customer’s situation, you will know what to do and how to help.
We have Full Time positions available, the shifts are between 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday with some weekend work too.
We understand that during these trying times you may only be looking for temporary work so there is also the option for a 6 month contract if that suits you better.
